DJI Avata Cinewhoop drone shown in great detail in newly leaked photos

When the number of leaks for the DJI Avata Cinewhoop drone grows considerably, as it has in the past week or two, we know we're coming near to the release date. Remember that these leaks come after we saw the DJI Avata and DJI Goggles 2 in FCC filings.

The photos were shared on Twitter earlier today by Attacco dei Giganti and show the DJI Avata Cinewhoop drone in great detail.

The first photo shows the DJI Avata in great detail from the front. We can see a camera that seems to be able to tilt on only one axis. The footage is likely digitally stabilized using the same RockSteady capabilities we have seen in the DJI Action 2 camera.

This photo shows the DJI Avata from the top. We can see a small triangular LED light likely showing that the cinewhoop style drone is turned on. We also can clearly see the ducted 3-inch propellers of the new DJI drone. Both the DJI logo and the Avata name are prominently displayed on the top of the drone.

We don't think the DJI Avata will weigh less than 250 grams, but you can see that DJI still tried to eliminate excess weight. Just look at how the body structure of the yet-to-be-released DJI drone is designed.

On both the left and right sides of the battery, we can see two orange strips that are likely where you'd grip the battery to release it and pull it out of the drone.

This last photo shows the DJI Avata drone in the typical DJI retail packaging. It is noteworthy that the box shows that the DJI Avata Cinewhoop drone will have DJI Airsense, also known as ADS-B, built-in.
