BestBuy is at it again! The yet-to-be-released DJI Air 2S shows up in a BestBuy store in the form of a Fly More Combo priced at $1,299. The discovery was made by one of the Pilot-Institut students.

One of the students, Keith Wells walked into a BestBuy today, and couldn’t believe his eyes. In one of the display cases was a DJI Air 2S Fly More Combo priced at $1,299.

On social media, Keith said:

“I was in BestBuy just a little bit ago and thought I was seeing things. I had a double-take and sure enough, they had to DJ Mavic Air 2S [sic] in the display case. I went and got a salesperson and when they went to tell me the price they couldn’t find it. He went and got a manager and he came over to check it out. It is scheduled to be released March [April} 15, 2021. The price with Fly More Combo is $1299. Said they couldn’t sell it to me till next week.

I took a look at the box and took some pictures. I’m going to check with DJI to find out if I can use it with my smart controller or not and what are the differences between the MA2 and the MA2S.”

As we get closer to the launch of a new DJI product we can almost always count on BestBuy to drop the ball. it has happened before with the Pocket and more recently with the DJI Mini 2.

  2. I am so disappointed in DJI for increasing the pricing, I would love to have this for $1,000 dollars instead of $1,300. I don’t think I will be buying this until they lower the price.
