DJI Mavic 3 feature wishlist: M4/3 sensor, Hasselblad tech, mechanical shutter, interchangeable cameras and lenses

In the response from DJI on my previous ‘Game of Drones’ article, it says that the drone maker has ‘more exciting plans for the remainder of 2020‘. One of these plans might well include a successor to the DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom, the eagerly awaited DJI Mavic 3. Let’s take a look at what would be a nice set of innovations for this new foldable drone. A DJI Mavic 3 feature wishlist if you will.
DJI Mavic 3 feature wishlist: M4/3 sensor, Hasselblad tech, mechanical shutter, interchangeable cameras, lenses, and more…
El nuevo DJI Mavic 3 could take some of the best bit and pieces from both the current Mavic 2 drone series as well as the Inspire series.
En Mavic 3 would have feature interchangeable cameras and lenses, just like the Inspire, while at the same time keeping the foldable body design from the Mavic series.
To improve the photo and video quality a larger sensor would be used. A Micro Four Thirds (M4/3) system would be great. Similarly, as DJI is currently using for the Zenmuse X5S camera. It would allow you to use various lenses and get much better image quality, especially in low-light conditions, compared to the current DJI Mavic 2 Pro and even the Phantom 4 Pro.
To resolve all rolling shutter issues and to satisfy drone mapping experts, a mechanical, global shutter system would be a major breakthrough.
Whereas with the DJI Mavic 2 Pro, Hasselblad‘s name and expertise were only used for color science, and to print the world-renowned name on the camera, I would be hopeful that DJI will actually use Hasselblad’s technology and hardware to set the Mavic 3 apart from the competition.
As a result of these features, the new Mavic 3 would be significantly larger than the current Mavic 2 series. Most likely also more expensive. The flight time would increase to about 36 minutes depending on what payload is used.
Of course, recent improvements, such as Entrada ADS-B, improved ActiveTrack and improved Ocysync 2.0 (3.0?) that we have seen in the Mavic Air 2 would carry over in the Mavic 3.
Oh, and it would be really nice to see the new DJI Enterprise Smart Controller that DJI uses for the M300 make its way to the DJI Mavic 3.
Lastly, I could imagine that DJI is rushing to bring this new drone to market as many of its current models are at risk of disappearing from the shelves of many major retailers in the U.S. as early as July.
Of course, the DJI Mavic 3 would offer many other innovations and options, but the ones mentioned above are some of the most important ones on my Mavic 3 feature wishlist.

In addition I would like to see more upward tilt on the gimbal as well as some optical zoom available.
I would really like to see powerful optical zoom in mavic 3
Fingers crossed we might get a lazer or some form of rocket launcher. Would be handy in this day and age😜
Seriously but: more more more dynamic range would be a real game changer!
