The company’s letter called the claims “unsubstantiated and categorically false,” but acknowledged that “the law gives them the authority to withhold goods without any tangible evidence.”

  1. I ordered an Air 3s Fly More combo from the dji Store on the morning of Oct. 15. Yesterday, I saw the news that many dji imports, including my drone purchase, were in customs limbo. My order may never be delivered. I see this as just another stab at dji by some US drone makers and ignorant politicians. If an Air 3s is not a security concern in Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, etc., why is the USA so nervous about them? If I wanted to spy on a US military facility, I’d be much better off using a Skydio without geofencing.

    On top of the Anti-CCP drones legislation, I’m close to just giving up. I never thought it would come to this.

  2. My Air 3S ordered in early December is caught in customs purgatory. DHL basically sent a “good luck, leave us out of it” email. DJI has been communicating with me and offered to resend within 7-14 days or offer a refund
