Drone used in search for missing boater in Delaware waterway – A drone helps in the search for a missing boater in the Delaware waterway. On Tuesday morning the search resumed for a 45-year-old missing man from an overturned boat in a Delaware waterway.

Honeywell starts new business unit to enter drone industry – Major supplier of aerospace products, Honeywell International Inc. announced on Monday that it will launch a new business unit to enter the ドローン産業. The new department will focus on the autonomous aviation space, including drones, air taxis, unmanned cargo delivery vehicles.

“Black Lives Matter!” paint on Camp Nine bridge defaced – Someone has defaced the “Black Lives Matter!” message recently painted on the remote Camp Nine bridge,to try to make it say “All Lives Matter!” Kyle Johnson, a 27-year-old resident of Angels Camp, said in an email he went to Camp Nine on Saturday afternoon to go swimming and he found the BLM! Mural for the first time. “I hope they can change it back,” Johnson said. Johnson said Saturday was his first time going down there to Camp Nine. He said he didn’t know there was a Black Lives Matter mural on the bridge until he got there.

Police find no trace of woman they heard scream for help – FARGO, N.D. (AP)–警察 in Fargo searched a heavily wooded area after hearing a woman screaming for help. Authorities say officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the Riviera Heights mobile home park about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. The driver fled with a female passenger as officers arrived to investigate. Sgt. Jerrod Wagner said that as officers searched for the vehicle, they heard a woman screaming for help in some woods not far from where the vehicle had been stolen. Police called in the fire department’s drone to do an aerial search, but found no trace of the woman, the male driver or stolen vehicle.

500-drone show lights up China’s largest trade fair – 500 drones illuminated the night sky during the 127th China Import and Export Fair held in south China’s Guangdong Province on Monday. The China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is bracing for a new form of online exhibition this year amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The fair kicked off on June 15 and will last for 10 days.

French Ground Force receives first three Thales SMDR reconnaissance mini-drones – Delivered to the French Army, these first SMDRs will significantly strengthen its detection, recognition and identification capabilities as close as possible to the contact zone. In accordance with the Military Planning Law (LPM) 2019-2025, 10 other systems of mini-reconnaissance drones must be delivered by the end of 2020.

Zipline named as a 2020 Disrupter 50 by CNBC – This カリフォルニア-based drone-delivery company transports critical medical supplies such as blood and vaccines in Rwanda and Ghana. In April it added Covid-19 test samples to the list. The service began in Ghana’s two largest cities — Accra and Kumasi — and were collected from patients at rural health facilities and delivered to the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research for testing. Zipline says this is the first time that autonomous drones have been used to make regular long-range deliveries into densely populated urban areas.

The pipeline was closed until Sunday afternoon.
