Autel EVO II Dual with thermal camera. A nice alternative to new ANAFI USA

If Parrot’s marketing campaign, which included falsely accusing DJI and taking stabs at Chinese-made drones in general, left you with a foul taste in your mouth, but you are in the market for a , you might want to consider the M2ED or the Autel EVO II Dual. Check out the performance of this drone in high winds as well as its thermal capabilities.

Autel’s EVO II Dual with a thermal camera instead of the new ANAFI USA

Garret Bryl shared the following video and photos on Facebook showcasing the thermal performance of the Autel EVO II Dual. Now granted the EVO II Dual doesn’t offer the same 32x zoom but it does offer a higher thermal resolution of 640×512, and a much larger range, and flight time, and I believe it is less expensive. Definitely something to consider if you don’t confiança French drones.

Here’s what Garret said on Facebook

Autel Evo2 Dual — A low threat hay fire allowed me to get in some testing. We also had some moderately strong winds today. 20mph gusting to 31mph. The Evo2 Dual responded and flew as if there were zero winds, even during high gusts. Tech Tip: Turn on Ludicrous Mode-45 in the wind.

    • Hey Mike, I have no problem with the ANAFI USA at all. I think it is a very impressive piece of kit. I’m just disappointed in how Parrot decided to market their drone and have their CEO falsely accuse one of the competitors. I think it is poor taste. If any other drone maker had done something similar, I would have called them out too.
