Deputies used a drone to track down a suspected DUI driver without success. A Fresno County sheriff’s deputy noticed a driver in a pickup truck who appeared to be under the influence. The driver took off after a failed attempt from the deputy to pull him over.

The subsequent pursuit started around 7 p.m. on Monday night and the pickup driver led the Fresno County sheriff’s deputy through Fresno county in California. The driver of the pickup truck reached speeds of up to 100 miles per hour before losing control of the vehicle and crashing into a tree as he tried to make a turn at Highway 180 and Garfield Avenue, reports ABC 30.

Fresno County sheriff’s deputies arrested four people inside the vehicle, but they believe the driver got away. A drone da polícia was used by the sheriff’s office to try and locate the driver throughout the night but without success.
