A woodcutter and hunter found the remains at two separate sites over the weekend, says the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.

The remains appear to be connected to a medical institution and could have been used for Education or research said Sheriff’s spokesman Dwight D’Evelyn.

using the tags that were found on some of the body parts, the medical examiner’s office is trying to trace their origins, reports AP.

At the same time, authorities are using drones and Polícia dogs and continue to search for additional remains in two areas near Prescott, north of Phoenix.
