O Mavic 3 retail price has been confirmed by industry insiders. While the figures are not yet finalized, we have been informed that the following pricing is listed on the DJI portal for official resellers.
Mavic 3 retail price confirmed. Higher than we anticipated.
Como we reported last week, the Mavic 3 retail price would be considerably more than that of the departing DJI Mavic 2 Pro.
Tech Drone Media’s Henrik Olsen previously said on social media that the DJI Mavic 3 em Europe would cost as much as:
- O Mavic 3: €2,150.
- O Mavic 3 Fly More Combo: €2,900.
- O Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo: 4,800 EUR.
We translated those figures into the following projected Mavic 3 retail pricing for the US market:
- O Mavic 3 costs: $1,999 USD.
- O Mavic 3 Fly More Combo: $2,749 USD.
- O Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo: $4,499 USD.
Retail price Mavic 3 even higher than we thought
We said at the time that these figures were merely hypothetical, and we hoped that the final retail price of the Mavic 3 would be lower. However, that does not seem to be the case.
Unfortunately, according to the most recent leaked information from the North American DJI reseller network, our figures were almost spot on.
While the following numbers are not yet final, we have been informed that these are the prices that are currently shown on the DJI portal. Keep in mind that these numbers may still vary somewhat, but you can bet they will be a very good indicator.
- The Mavic 3: $2,049 USD ($50 higher)
- O Mavic 3 Fly More Combo: $2,799 USD ($50 higher)
- O Mavic 3 Cine Premium Combo: $4,649 USD ($150 higher)
This will be a bitter pill for many of you, as it raises the retail price of the new DJI Mavic 3 drone significantly, especially if you were eyeing the Cine Premium Combo.

The EVO’s images were not as clean as my DJI P4P. Also, the EVO doesnt allow for camera adjustments while filming – a major issue in my opinion.
For that price, people will look to other drone manufacturers. That sucks
I don’t get why people are surprised… This isn’t going to be a toy Mini or an entry level Air model. Of course it would cost a lot more than those.

Another reason EXO is the better option!!
For that price it better be a real “Cine” camera. Better have global shutter and ProRes and all the pro codecs.
Ouch! That is unfortunate. Quite fancied that 4/3 sensor.
I’d find it difficult to justify that outlay, particularly given DJI’s less competitive price structure here in the UK.
A future release with just the single wide angle camera, 4/3 sensor and approx 15% lower price may be more tempting.
I could live without the 2nd telephoto lens.
A ‘Mavic 3 Lite’ maybe?
I can’t justify spending this much on something that can literally go up in smoke through crashing and burning. No matter how great of a drone pilot you are, its a matter of time before you meet your fate with a tree, power line or just pure negligence.
So given that it does not have a certification mark and it is a completely useless drone in European legislation, I think it is useless to issue it now. If you had a license plate, you might be thinking, but it’s definitely not worth buying in Europe for another year. Useless.
Yipes, I so wanted this but too expensive for me.
I was getting ready to gather all of my air 2s stuff(I have about $600 worth of accessories alone) and sell everything for $950. I was excited about the M3, but now FORGET IT!!! I’m keeping my 2s. Dji really knocked themselves out of the non-pro market now. And, the m3 is not a ton more advanced than the 2s. Big fail for dji. Dji, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I’m waiting for this to come out, but the price are really high, I might back up of this
Something doesn’t make sense here, in combo you get 2 extra batteries, 1 set of nd filters and a bag and for this you pay 750 extra. Now normally saving on combo will be 120/150, so lets say bag 80, nd filters 120 charger 70 thats 270 leaving almost 600 for two batteries with 100 discount. These would be the most expensive batteries dji have ever produced.
And Cine model treated the same way will still show same results. I think these prices are made up and show very little logic.

I have an Air 2S and also a Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 both of which were reasonably priced, however the price of the current Mavic 3 is insanely high, especially for the Combo kit.
ridiculous prices will at least help the mavic 2 pro and zoom models retain their resale value,considering the only real option is the mavic 3 ,as they have discontinued the mavic 2 pro.
