This may very well be the next DJI drone you can buy right now in terms of value for money. The DJI Air 2S is a very capable drone and a favorite among many pilotos de drones. It already presented the best bang for your buck before the Amazon Prime Day discount, but at $1,039, it is hard to think of a better drone to buy for most people, especially considering the additional Fly More accessories that are included.

DJI Air 2S v DJI Mavic 3

Compared to the DJI Mavic 3, the Air 2S is considerably cheaper while still delivering outstanding performance. The drone has a 1-inch sensor, obstacle avoidance in all directions except sideways, and no issues connecting to satellites to establish a GPS location.

DJI Air 2S v DJI Mini 3 Pro

Compared to the DJI Mini 3 Pro, the Air 2S might still have the upper hand as it does not suffer from any overheating issues. DJI did not install a fan system to cool down the internal components of the Mini 3. This saved weight and allowed the drone maker to pack the DJI mini drone with features such as obstacle avoidance. While the Mini 3 punches above its weight, many users, including DroneXL, have reported that the drone can suffer from overheating, which causes connection issues under certain circumstances. We have never experienced any such problems with the DJI Air 2S.
