DJI Drone Saves the Day: Finds Missing Louisiana Girl

A 10-year-old Луїзіана girl is now home safe after an Arkansas company used a DJI drone to help locate her. The Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that the girl was found around 11 p.m. on Sunday, thanks to the efforts of Drone Management Services from Magnolia, Arkansas.

The girl was reported missing earlier in the day, and the search intensified as the hours passed. The successful rescue brought joy to everyone involved, including the hundreds of volunteers who participated in the search.

“It was a desperate situation and whether somebody else found her or we found her, I’m just glad she was found,” Kolber said.

The girl is now reunited with her family, thanks to the combined efforts of the community and advanced drone technology.
