‘ALONE’ was made with mostly DJI equipment

Mostly DJI equipment (hardware and software) was used to create this short film, titled ‘ALONE.’ The short film was created for DJI Global and was officially launched on DJI’s Youtube channel yesterday, even though you could have seen it already on Colin Dougan’s own Youtube channel for the last so many weeks.

This is what DJI said about the video:

Watch as DJI Creator Colin Dougan uses a Mavic 2 Zoom, Ronin-S, and Osmo Action to create an otherworldly story of an adventurer who finds himself alone. Incredible landscape shots are combined with creative visual effects to create this storytelling masterpiece.

Colin used the Mavic 2 Zoom. Ronin-S and Osmo Action to create the video, although a lot of the footage is seemingly shot with the BMPCC 6K from Black Magic. The Pocket also makes an appearance in the short film.

Colin said this about his creation:

When you feel lost and overwhelmed inside of your own mind, remember to breathe. The universe has a plan for you, it might not be clear at this very moment, but it is in progress. This is only a single moment in your life, remember to that things will be okay. If you cannot find peace, please feel free to reach out, any time.

Awesome film, I think. Let us know what you think of the short film ‘ALONE’ in the comments below.
