DJI RS 3 and DJI RS 3 Pro gimbals show up in leaked photos, indicating release is on schedule
Just now, these two leaked photos were shared on Twitter by DealsDrone. The photos show what seem to be two retail boxes. On the left, we see the DJI RS 3, and on the right we see the RS 3 Pro.
Interestingly, we have not seen a DJI RSC 3 gimbal. Maybe, the world's largest drone maker will only launch the DJI RS 3 and the DJI RS 3 Pro? We'll have to wait and see.
The outgoing DJI Ronin Gimbals are the DJI RSC2 and the DJI RS2.
Luckily, it seems that we will not have to wait too long, as DJI recently shared this announcement for a new DJI ‘Ronin' product to be announced at 9 a.m. (EDT) on June 15th in a special live event.
DJI RS 3 and DJI RS 3 Pro gimbals
We would expect the DJI RS 3 Pro to be able to lift heavier cameras and offer some more professional features. The DJI RS 3 would likely be the less expansive version.
In earlier photos, we also saw that one of these two gimbals will have carbon fiber arms. It seems safe to assume that this will likely be the ‘Pro' version.
Looking more closely at these photos we can see that both DJI Ronin gimbals feature a touch display. The DJI RS 3 Pro also shows an additional grip handle for briefcase-style shooting.
With the possible launch date arriving soon, we are hopeful that more DJI Ronin gimbal specs and photos will leak over the coming days in true DJI fashion.
