A snapshot of the upcoming DJI Air 3‘s retail package has surfaced online, giving drone enthusiasts a sneak peek at what's coming. Shared by the prominent leaker DealsDrone on Twitter, the photo showcases the DJI Air 3 Fly More Combo that will come with the new DJI RC 2.
From this glimpse, it's apparent that the DJI Air 3 has taken design cues from its predecessors. Sporting a streamlined, aerodynamic look, this device is reminiscent of a compact version of the DJI Mavic 3 Pro. Its key features include a dual camera setup and obstacle avoidance sensors that may protect the drone in all directions. In line with DJI's signature style, the drone will be available in a classic grey color.
One intriguing aspect of the DJI Air 3 is its intelligent flight battery. It slides into the rear of the drone, contributing to the drone's sleek design and providing a more secure battery connection.
The drone's obstacle avoidance capability seems comprehensive, perhaps offering protection in all directions.
While this leak has provided a tantalizing taste of what to expect, some details remain under wraps. The final specifications for the camera and the official release date are yet to be announced.
However, there's a strong likelihood that the DJI Air 3 will hit the market in July.
