In a remarkable feat of technology and law enforcement collaboration, the Massachusetts State Police successfully employed a thermal drone to apprehend two drug suspects in Braintree.

The suspects, involved in a vehicular crash while fleeing from Quincy police officers, had sought refuge in a nearby wooded area.

The state police’s “MSP Air Wing” drone played a pivotal role in the pursuit, according to ABC 6 News.

Deployed swiftly, the drone equipped with a thermal camera, located the suspects who were attempting to conceal themselves by lying prone.
