DJI Osmo 360: A New Perspective
The DJI Osmo 360 (FCC ID: 2ANDR-OQ0012024) appears to be the latest addition to DJI’s popular Osmo line of handheld cameras. While details are scarce, the “360” in its name suggests it might offer 360-degree video capture capabilities, potentially competing with products like the Insta360 lineup.
DJI RS 4 Mini: Compact Stabilization
The DJI RS 4 Mini (FCC ID: 2ANDR-P24M24) looks to be the next evolution in DJI’s RS (Ronin Series) of camera gimbals. As a “Mini” version, it’s likely designed for smaller cameras and more portable setups, making it ideal for travel and run-and-gun shooting scenarios.

DJI Mic Mini: Improved Audio Solutions
DJI is also expanding its audio offerings with the DJI Mic Mini system, consisting of a transmitter (FCC ID: 2ANDR-DMMT01) and receiver (FCC ID: 2ANDR-DMMR01). This compact wireless microphone system could be a game-changer for vloggers, filmmakers, and content creators who need high-quality audio in a portable package.
What’s Next?
While FCC filings don’t always guarantee immediate product launches, they’re a strong indicator that these devices are in the final stages of development. The filing dates (all in October 2024) suggest we might see official announcements from DJI in the coming months.

DroneXL’s Take
While these new products aren’t drones themselves, they’re closely related to the drone ecosystem. Many drone pilots use gimbals like the RS series for ground shots to complement their aerial footage. The Osmo 360 could potentially be used as a payload on larger drones for immersive 360-degree aerial captures. And of course, better audio recording options are always welcome for post-production work on drone videos.
These product developments align with DJI’s strategy of creating a comprehensive ecosystem for content creators. As we’ve seen in recent DJI news, the company continues to innovate across various product categories, strengthening its position in the broader imaging and content creation market.
