DJI’s agricultural division just stepped up its game in China with two new heavy-duty farm drones – the Agras T100 and T70. These workhorses are built to carry more payload and offer improved spreading capabilities compared to previous models, according to DroneNR.

T100: The New Flagship Farm Drone

The T100 is making waves as DJI’s most capable agricultural drone yet. With a massive 149.9 kg (330.4 lbs) maximum takeoff weight, it’s designed to handle serious farming operations. It can carry up to 100 liters of fertilizer and lift an impressive 85 kg (187.4 lbs).

What’s really catching attention is its quick 9-minute charging time and enhanced AI-powered sensor system. These features make it more efficient and safer to operate in challenging farm environments.

T70: The Versatile Mid-Range Option

The T70 might be smaller, but it’s no lightweight. This model comes in two variants:

  • Standard T70: 50-liter tank capacity
  • T70P: Enhanced 70-liter tank capacity with more powerful battery

Both versions can lift up to 65 kg (143.3 lbs) and feature an 8-minute charging time. The total takeoff weight comes in at 70 kg (154.3 lbs).
