But when I flew that first Mini, one thing came to mind: this is pure FUN.

With every generation, the Mini has evolved from a fun toy into a serious professional tool, all while staying under that magic 249-gram weight limit. The Mini 3 Pro, which I used to shoot commercials for brands like Porsche and BMW, proved that you don’t need a giant drone to get giant results.

The rumors for the Mini 5 Pro—a 1-inch sensor, better batteries, and more—suggest that this next evolution will be the biggest leap yet. The entire industry is holding its breath.
