Short update today: It’s one of those days where you suddenly get surprised by the complete DJI Avata 360 price list on a European webstore. The official teaser dropped yesterday but here are all new pictures. Update on the release days: Yes the official premiere of the Avata 360 will be the 23rd. But worldwide release will be April 9th and possible later…
Lets start of with the prices. The big DJI Avata 360 combo’s will set you back only 939 euro / dollar and a Drone only will allegedly cost only 459 euro/ dollars. (Tarifs not included for the States that is, still can’t get my head around those.) The battery, as said will be only 79 euro and the single lens kit wil be just 21 euro.
Looking at the size, side by side with the DJI Avata 2, the 360 certainly looks like the bigger brother of the Avata 2. Cant wait for all the video’s of the ‘secret’ influencers to drop any day now.
The new DJI Avata 360 is expected to weigh almost 400 grams and is a bit bulkier than the DJI Avata 2. The four propeller blades are also a bit bigger and bulkier. What I personally don’t understand is that these props do not get the same ‘covered’ design like the DJI Neo 2 and DJI Mini 5, protecting the motors a bit more.
This must be the #first time I see a live 360 shot on a DJI RC2 remote. To be honest I don't know if this is very practical.

Again, the official release date will be March 23rd. The official DJI accounts already verified the 8K Avata 360 yesterday and the teaser showed up on the official DJI website today; like I said before: DJI is changing tactics and my sources are also saying there will be a lot of videos on the 12th, so lets see what happens in about 24 hours.
