An FPV drone can get you as close to the action as nothing else really. Check out this video in which a heavily-modified and very fast Porsche 911 GT3 tears up Circuit Zandvoort in The Netherlands.

Sander Sassen posted this short video clip on Facebook yesterday, which is worth watching if you’re into spectacular drone footage. FPV drones are so fast and nimble that when in the hands of a skilled pilot they can get you unbelievably close to the action.

In case you’re wondering, the exhaust sound from the GT3 was recorded by a GoPro camera inside the car and later edited into the video. Many drone videos lack the actual sound and are therefor are less immersive. Nice move, Sander!

Sander has this to say about the drone he used:

Would you believe me if I told you I’m flying my trusty old Vortex 230 Mojo, the only upgrade being new ESCs so I can run 5S? 🤣…

yea Went down to my 4s 5” and it was actually better even though I think it’s a slower quad. Gonna build a 6s 5” for now on. 7” isn’t “quick” enough
