A suspicious drone was spotted hovering over the villa, that Piers Morgan had rented for his family in the south of France, days before the burglary took place says his wife.

Piers Morgan’s wife Celia Walden, 44, speaks out on the suspicious drone that was spotted days before their vacation rental was broken into, according to the Express.
Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan, 55 had spotted the unmanned aircraft over their holiday getaway in the south of France about one week before the break-in.
Piers Morgan, his wife Celia Walden, and his four children were spending their vacation in Saint Tropez. The burglary took place while they were asleep, as Walden recalls as she detailed the terrifying ordeal.
As Walden recalls her conversation with the French police she said:
“This year, as what they called ‘the seasonal activity’ reached fever pitch, they were most concerned with the drones many burglary victims had seen flying over their homes days before break-ins.”
“Drones which were being used to case the joint.”
“Drones like the one my husband had seen hovering over the back garden a week before the burglary.”
The thieves reportedly stole jewelry and cash from Walden’s purse but left her credit cards and other family tech such as smartphones and laptops.
