Amazon Prime Day will take place on October 13 and 14 this year after being delayed because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. In previous years, Amazon Prime Day would take place sometime in July. We expect that many drone accessories, such as backpacks and cases will be available at very attractive prices, but it remains to be seen if there will be any drone deals as well.

The e-commerce giant postponed Amazon Prime Day in May of this year. The Wall Street Journal reported at the time that the online shopping behemoth delayed the sales event so that it would have time to lay the groundwork for shipments of a wider variety of products and create room for more inventory.

Amazon announced the sales event, that first took place in 2015 and is now set for October 13 and 14 on Monday.

Prime Day is “an annual deal event exclusively for Prime members, delivering two days of special savings on products from small businesses and top brands,” reads the official description on Amazon’s Prime Day landing page.

Amazon has not yet announced what deals will be available during the sales event, but we would expect that there will be many good offerings available for accessories such as backpacks, cases, and likely a few drone deals as well.
