Long-time DJI leaker OsitaLV tweeted that three different ND filters, as well as an ultrawide angle lens, will be available for the yet-to-be-released DJI Mini 3 Pro drone.

Update 5/8/22: DJI Mini 3 Pro low-light performance during a nighttime flight.

Without disclosing any specific information, OsitaLV shared two photos of the DJI Mini 3 Pro accessories that should be available shortly after the new DJI mini drone launches on May 10th.

The ultrawide angle lens will help to capture different aerial photos with a wider perspective. This might prove valuable for real estate photography and videography.

The ND filters will come in handy when you’re shooting cinematic aerial video footage, as they allow you to fix the frames-per-second at 24 or 30 for instance, and still get the right exposure.

Unfortunately, we do not yet know what the price and availability will be for the three ND filters as well as the ultrawide angle lens for the DJI Mini 3 Pro drone.

  1. ND doesn’t fix frames per second it allows you to shoot with the 180 rule by correctly exposing the scene, i.e shutter speed double of frame rate to achieve natural looking motion blur
