SkyeBrowse Introduces Midnight Sun for Tactical Missions

SkyeBrowse is a platform for drone reality capture, and they have recently released a new feature called Midnight Sun. This tool can assist in identifying unfamiliar items or people who may be in a drone’s flight path.

SkyeBrowse’s patented machine-learning algorithm examines drone videos while the unmanned aircraft is in flight. This enables the identification of previously unknown items in a specific location in real-time and an assessment of the potential danger that those things may present.

Midnight Sun was developed for use by and armed forces, and it can be used in various situations where actionable intelligence is required.

Some examples of these scenarios include assessing the scene of a disaster, looking for people who have gone missing, tracking a criminal suspect, carrying out tactical operations, or monitoring large-scale events.

Users can examine a 2D map or a 3D model in real-time from a mobile phone or web browser using the application, and the tool is compatible with any type of drone.

According to SkyeBrowse Co-founder and CEO, Bobby Ouyang, “As we continue to develop SkyeBrowse for first responders and armed forces, we have found that what they need most is real-time, actionable intelligence during tactical missions…Midnight Sun helps tactical teams quickly identify unknown objects in a particular area, assess their threat level, and make informed decisions.”

The unique technology developed by SkyeBrowse uses videogrammetry to generate 3D models from drone footage and is the driving force behind the Midnight Sun utility.

The data from the drone’s video is uploaded to the cloud system, where the supervised machine learning algorithm recognizes unknown things within the drone’s flight path. The identified objects are labeled on a 2D map or a 3D model.

SkyeBrowse’s tool can be further improved with the recently released TacBrowse, which tracks tactical team members within a 3D model in real-time when they sign into a mission on the TacBrowse mobile app. This allows for a more accurate depiction of the environment in which the mission is taking place.

Skyebrowse'S Tacbrowse Creates 3D Models With Real-Time Data For Tactical Missions

SkyeBrowse is known as the drone reality capture platform that is both the quickest and the easiest in the world. Using SkyeBrowse, anyone can create a 3D model with the simple push of a button.

The software was developed by first responders specifically for use by first responders. Several law enforcement departments, including the City Fire Department, the Port , and the Houston Forensics Science Center, have already placed their faith in it.

With the release of Midnight Sun, SkyeBrowse intends to make the use of drones by first responders and members of the military forces safer, faster, and more efficient. This will allow these groups to make more informed judgments regarding their tactical missions.
