More DJI Air 3 leaked photos and video shared online

The DJI Air 3 drone, still on the cusp of official release, has had new photos and video leaked online by drone enthusiast NGDrone. Giving fans a sneak peek, the leaked material showcases the drone's Intelligent Flight Battery, the DJI RC Pro, and the drone itself. Intriguingly, the drone in the photos seems to have sections taped off, hinting that this could be a prototype version of the highly anticipated .

The DJI RC Pro featured in one of the photos is switched on and appears to be connected to the DJI Air 3 drone. This has sparked speculation among drone enthusiasts about the compatibility of the yet-to-be-released DJI Air 3 with other DJI remote controllers. Based on the new leak, there's reason to hope for such compatibility.

The set of photos also offers a first look at the DJI Air 3's dual camera setup, with the lens cover removed. This exposes two lenses, mounting screws, and slots for attaching the lens cover or DJI's ND – perfect for capturing smooth cinematic aerial footage.

A comparative photo featuring the DJI Air 3 and the side by side reveals a surprising similarity in size between the two drones.

The DJI Air 3 seems to sport a slightly lighter gray color, much like its predecessor, the , and the drones in DJI's mini series, while the DJI Mavic 3 presents a slightly darker gray hue.

As for the drone's rear, two air vents are visible, along with a micro SD card slot and a USB-C port. The back also houses the battery, an on/off button, and four battery status indicator LEDs.

The DJI Air 3 is rumored to come with 8GB of internal storage, which will come in handy if you ever forget to bring your micro SD card.

As the drone world eagerly awaits the DJI Air 3's official release, these leaks provide tantalizing glimpses into what users can expect from this exciting new drone.
