Dronisos broke the previous record of 160 drones by flying 200 unmanned aircraft simultaneously indoors during a drone light show.

The drone light show was broadcast on national TV in Italy and celebrated the third edition of the San Giovanni Festival. The show was choreographed by Antoine Marc and Silvia Gribaudi, according to Blooloop.

Dronisos’ team specializes in telling stories and they often times use drones to make the store even more special. The company uses cutting edge technology to create compelling and immersive narratives for both indoor and outdoor events.

Drone light shows are a safer and more environmentally friendly solution for public events, theme parks, and concerts compared to the use of traditional fireworks.

“We put this show together behind closed doors in the facilities of our partner Aerocampus in the south of France, with the ambitious goal of simultaneously conveying a lot of emotion and pushing the limits of our technology,” says Laurent Perchais, Dronisos CEO.

“We are very proud to set this new world record for the indoor choreography using the largest drone swarm, as we used 200 drones for this show while the previous record was a display using 160 UAVs.”

Dronisos opened a new office in training center in Orlando Florida last year.
