Autel EVO II 8K discounted by $448 on Amazon

Autel EVO II 8K discounted by $448 on Amazon

The Autel EVO II 8K version is now discounted by $448 on Amazon when you use a special coupon code. This drone currently retails for $1,495 but after applying the discount you will only pay $1,046.50 plus taxes. That is almost a 30% discount.

Earlier this year Autel Robotics launched the Autel EVO II series consisting of three different models, the EVO II 8K, the EVO II Pro 6K, and the EVO II Dual.

Currently, only the EVO II 8K version is discounted on Amazon and there are less than 20 units left. So if you’re in the market for a very capable drone, without any DJI-like geo-fencing, this might be your ticket.

The Autel EVO II offers a 1/2″ CMOS sensor for up 48MP stills. It features a 3-axis stabilized gimbal camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The drone is capable of shooting up to 7680×4320 video resolution and can fly for up to 40 minutes.

I have flown the EVO II 8K and the EVO II Pro 6K models and was very impressed. The range and flight characteristics are not quite as good compared to a DJI Mavic 2 or Mavic Air 2, but it is a very capable drone nonetheless.

The main selling points for the Autel EVO II 8K are the battery life or 40-minute flight time, the 8K resolution, and no geo-fencing.

Currently, Amazon has a special promotion where the $1,495 is now discounted by almost 30% when you use the coupon code PR5TWSPQ, bringing the price down by $448.50 to a ‘mere’ $1,046.50 before taxes. Yes, a very steep discount indeed.

Supposedly, there are less than 20 units left, so best to hurry up if you are in the market for a new drone.
