DAD KICKS DRONE AFTER CONFRONTING PILOT FOR FLYING TOO LOW OVER BACKYARD – In the United Kingdom, a dad believed that a drone flew too low over his backyard where his daughter was playing in a kiddie pool. After confronting the drone pilot, the father kicked the device causing damage to the unmanned aircraft.
FAA ADDS CITIZEN DRONE PILOTS TO DRONE ADVISORY COMMITTEE – Finally, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) adds actual drone pilots or ‘citizen UAS operators’ to the Drone Advisory Committee (DAC). Bravo!
