Spectacular Preview for Cast Members
Early this morning, Walt Disney World debuted “Disney Dreams that Soar,” a stunning new drone show over Disney Springs. The special preview was exclusively for Cast Members, ahead of the official opening on May 24, 2024.
800 Drones Light Up the Sky
The show features 800 drones creating giant images of classic Disney characters above Disney Springs Lake. The drones are synchronized with iconic quotes from beloved Disney films like “Peter Pan,” “Dumbo,” “Wall-E,” “Big Hero 6,” and “Star Wars.”
Music to Match the Magic
“Disney Dreams that Soar” is set to favorite Disney soundtracks and includes an original song composed just for the show. The performance will run from May 24 to September 2, 2024.

A video of the preview performance, captured in 4K, showcases the breathtaking visuals created by the drones as they illuminate the night sky over Disney Springs.
