With the current leaks of the DJI Mini 5 Pro, I honestly barely search for other products to discover. Most DJI Osmo products take 6 months to fully leak and although webshops are showing them for a while now. There were barely any product images to show is this new DJI Action 2. Until today that is! Let’s dive into this leaked chinese ‘study material’ and just for our readers: I’ll exclusively share the release date. Cheers!
Study material of the Osmo Nano leaked
With every product DJI develops, retailers and dealers get a lot of information to study before launch. Sometimes it’s a quick flyer, other times it’s a google drive full of PowerPoints and video’s stating why the product will exceed all expectations.
This information almost never gets out, but today someone in China decided it’s not THAT big of a deal to share one slide of the presentation, right?
A good view on the Osmo Nano
Although the leaker hid the DJI logo, anyone following DJI leaks sees this will be the new successor of the discontinued DJI Action 2. I enlarged the picture and translated the text:
While translating the material we learned the Main camera module will be magnetic on almost all sides and apparently even will be able to switch magnetic polarity: “it can be positively and reversely magnetized to meet different needs of the filmmaker“. Quite impressive.

Surrounding the product on the study material. We see a usual large range of Osmo accessories that will accompany the DJI Osmo Nano. The clip, the suction mount, the universal GoPro mounts. It will fit all standard use, and for everything else you can use the magnetic lanyard under your shirts to create a true wearable camera.
Price of the Osmo Nano is set!
The DJI Osmo Nano will have a pricetag starting at 369 Euro / Dollar for the 64 GB version. and 399 Euro / Dollar for the 128 GB version. These prices are found in multiple public webshops for weeks now and if true these conveniently match the Insta360 GO 3S. Making it easy to just buy everything from your favorite brand, DJI.
If this little bastard will come to the United States is unknown at the time. But American readers can only hope DJI is not completely banned in the coming years.

Last but not least I’ll exclusively tell the release date: DJI will release this little camera on September 10th, 2025. This will be only days before they will tease us with the DJI Mini 5 teaser and hopefully some new leaks on the DJI Neo 2 and DJI Avata 3 (Where did that one go? Anyone…?)
