LEAK: DJI MINI 5 Pro picture dump. Display look on the first leaked parts
Another picture dump on the DJI Mini 5 Pro today. A worldwide webshop publicly updated their shop this morning giving us a better look on the new (old style) propellors, the clip-on ND’s and some detailed fine print on the two types of batteries.
New product image.
Although the image of the DJI Mini 5 Pro looks exactly the same as the previous leaked (complete drone) image…. we can now finally read what is on the lens: E24 F1.8 Other than that, there isn’t really anything new since the first time we have seen this product picture.
Two types of Mini 5 Pro batteries (27.8 – 33.5 Mah)
The new display pictures we received today are good enough to read the fine print on the stickers: One battery states 27.8 Mah and the other Mini 5 Pro intelligent flight battery plus will have a 33.5 Mah inside. According to the latest leaked box this will provide the Mini 5 with a (promised) flight time of 52 minutes. Pricing? Expect 70 to 100 dollars. As seen on the previous leaks:
New propellers on the Mini 5 Pro
One thing I am excited about on the Mini 5, are the new and improved click-on propellers. DJI Mini flyers all around the world have missed these since they were standard on the DJI Spark, DJI Mavic Air etc. No more fiddling with tiny screws and screwdrivers. Just press and click to replace a propellor after a crash or some damage inside your drone bag.
Mini 5 pro ND filters – 8 16 128
Last but not least we also found some new pictures on the new apple watches DJI will promote this year! Just kidding, these ND filters will flawlessly accommodate the new 1-inch DJI Mini 5 camera and will be perfect to come as close as one can get to the picture quality of the DJI Mavic 4. Die hard fans will scream it’s impossible to get similar professional result, but I really have high hopes on this Mini 5. (And the Mavic 4 wasn’t that good honestly.)
RECAP: Previous articles on Mini 5 leaks
Without repeating myself to much its easier to refer to earlier articles:
• Mini 5 will be less than 250 grams, because C0 label was spotted
• Mini 5 will have LiDAR and and a 1 inch sensor, seen in exclusive photo’s.
• Discovery of the box revealed all key features of the Mini 5 Pro.
• Caged propellers and new propellers were seen since June.
RECAP: Release date on the Mini 5 Pro still rumored
Considering the buzz in the community and facebookgroups. People are really excited for this little 1 inch camera and can’t wait to get their hands on one. If we are lucky and DJI targets mid-september we could see this drone appear on the 16th. With a teaser as early as the September 9th. But again, I have to state that these are only rumored. My best sources still can’t confirm because DJI is not telling them anything yet. Cheers!
