One of the main challenges with drones is the limited flight time offered by regular battery technology. The South Korean company Doosan Mobility Innovation specializes in hydrogen fuel cell technology that is light and small enough to use on an unmanned aircraft such as the DS30 drone. The much greater energy density of the fuel cell allows the DS30 to fly for two hours, which can be very useful in many drone applications.

Doosan Mobility Innovation released the updated DS30 drone with a Pixhawk flight controller and 2 hours of flight time. The Pixhawk controller enables the pilot to do more over the network and expands sensor compatibility with Pixhawk enabled sensors from leading companies like DJI and Sony.
