DJI Osmo Action 2 (OA2) specs, graphics. GoPro Hero 10 competitor?

Just now we have received new information about a new DJI Osmo Action 2 (aka OA2) action camera. We have specs, and graphics for you and are pretty sure that this new DJI product will be released soon as well. Again, all this information comes from fellow Dutchman, Jasper Ellens.

The design of the DJI Osmo Action 2 or DJI OA2 is very different this time around and shows some resemblance to the Insta360 One R modular action camera. Let’s take a closer look here.

In the first image below we see that the DJI Osmo Action 2 comes with an aperture of f/2.8 and a 1/2.7-inch sensor if I read that correctly. The OA2 offers a very wide field of view of 155 degrees. The action camera has a large record or on/off button on top it seems.

In the second image, you can see the modular build of the DJI Osmo Action 2 camera. it appears that the camera module can be mounted on a display unit. We have seen a modular built before with the Insta360 One R.

Now we get to the specs of the OA2 camera. Some of the most important ones are:

• 155-degree FOV
• Aperture of f/2.8

• 52 minutes working time
• 135 minutes working time with extra screen
• 195 minutes working time with extra battery
• Charging time with extra screen 90 minutes
