Bullshit. Zack has´nt been “arrested” but got contact with the police because he flew his copter in the mid of a city and over a main street ignoring Germany´s drone-rules. If i would do the same im Florida, i would be arrested quite shure…

Zack should have been better informed about the legal situation before his flight. That he had not been registered is only one thing. The other is, that it´s simply forbidden to fly over a street in a city center. And his statement, it would be allowed to fly with the smaller DJI Mini 3 Pro is wrong too. It´s not so easy to understand the (uniform!) regulations for drone flights we have in Europe.
