They ship everything separately and some of the items get sent back or stay in customs limbo for weeks.
I purchased a DJI air 3s drone I received it roughly 2 weeks later. Everything they tell you is a lie. The battery life is roughly 27 minutes not 45. And the range is only 5 MI if you are lucky. Reading everything before I purchased mine it was supposed to fly 45 minutes and have a range of roughly 20 miles it has a battery life of under 30 minutes and a range of 5 miles. I would have not bought it if I knew this. It is not worth the money. As an video quality it is excellent. Still cannot figure out the follow me function and I have had it before a few months. But when you have it in cinema mode or normal mode it is damn near impossible to crash. And sports mode you can crash it instantly. I do not know why the sensors do not work in sports mode that is another defect from DJI that needs to be corrected. Again awesome drone does not have the battery life or distance.
