DJI teaser, Explore Vivid, on November 2nd, 2022

The following teaser was posted on social media this morning by DJI, the leading manufacturer of camera drones in the world, along with the message “Explore Vivid” on November 2nd, 2022 at 9 am EDT.
The teaser included a photo that seems to show the same camera that we know from the DJI Mavic 3. However, this time it is only the main camera. The secondary camera with the telelens does not seem to be present. Or a Hasselblad logo, for that matter. Hmmm…
Could the camera featured in this DJI teaser, therefore, be a hint that a new DJI Mavic 3 drone is truly on the horizon?
Recent FCC filings appear to support this.
The FCC filings were the first definite sign that DJI was getting ready to release the DJI Mavic 3 Classic camera drone soon.
In the most recent weeks, several leaked pictures have also surfaced.
Only the primary camera seems to be visible in the picture in the DJI teaser. Recent DJI speculations lead us to believe that the DJI Mavic 3 Classic will be identical to the DJI Mavic 3, with the exception of the secondary camera with the telelens.
The DJI Mavic 3 Classic’s primary camera should have comparable aerial photo and video recording capabilities as the DJI Mavic 3.
And if that’s the case, the DJI Mavic 3 Classic could really be the more affordable camera drone to explore your surroundings and snap some great shots of the vivid autumn foliage!
