Scottsdale Police to Launch High-Tech Drone for Public Safety

The Scottsdale 警察 Department is preparing to roll out a new, high-tech drone designed by Aerodome to enhance community safety. This advanced drone, capable of flying at speeds up to 53 mph and covering a 3-mile radius, will serve as a critical tool in responding to emergencies.

Drone Deployment and Operations

The drone will be stationed on a roof in south Scottsdale, Arizona and operated remotely by a pilot within the department’s Real-Time Crime Center. The pilot will deploy the drone in response to 911 calls, allowing for rapid aerial support during active incidents.
