It is almost time for the biggest, most important, and most leaked drone launch event ever. Tonight at 10 pm EDT, DJI will introduce to the world the DJI Mavic 3 drone. Here’s how and where to watch this highly-anticipated event, titled “Imaging Above Everything.”
Where to watch the DJI Mavic 3 launch event. Imaging Above Everything.
The DJI Mavic 3 launch will take place online-only as in-person events have gone out of fashion due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It makes sense, but to be honest, I miss the excitement of the live events DJI used to hold. Hopefully, that will come back at some point.
Anyway, tonight at 10 pm EDT, DJI will broadcast live on YouTube the launch of their flagship drone. This coincides with the November 5 date that was mentioned by DJI some time ago for the Chinese launch.
For folks to the west of New York, things aren’t too bad, however. Californians can watch the event live at 7 pm local time tonight. Further West, for instance in Australia the event will take place at noon. So maybe from a global perspective, a product launch at 10 pm EDT is almost perfect as many people can see it during the day. Let us know in the comments below what you think the perfect launch time is for a global product release, such as the DJI Mavic 3.
DJI intends to broadcast the event live on YouTube, which is one of the most convenient ways to watch since the YouTube live stream can be seen on any device where YouTube is accessible, including smartphones, consoles, and Smart TVs.
DJI also aims to stream the event live on its website. We have embedded the YouTube link below to make things easier for you.
